New hot sauce to help Minnesota farmers after last year’s hail storms

Last summer storms hit farmers in southeast Minnesota hard.

Craig Kaiser, owner of Cry Baby Craig’s Hot Sauce, has created a new sauce called Hail Fire to help them out.

Starting next Thursday the Hail Fire sauce will be sold at Lunds and Byerlys.

All profits will go into a storm fund for farmers in southeastern Minnesota.

"If and when this happens again, there’s at least something for someone out there to pull from as opposed to waking up and feeling you lost everything," Kaiser said.

Hail Fire Hot Sauce will cost $6.99 a bottle.

Kaiser hopes to raise $50,000.
