Nearing 4-year anniversary, authorities still seeking public’s help in investigation of Morrison County hunter’s death

Authorities in Morrison County continue to ask for the public’s help nearly four years after the shooting death of Terry Brisk.

Brisk was found shot to death on his parent’s property just east of Little Falls in Belle Prairie Township. Investigators say he was shot between 2:26 p.m. and 4:20 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2016.

Authorities looking for rifle of hunter killed in Morrison County

Authorities believe the person who shot Brisk used his rifle. The sheriff’s office says, based on the evidence, it is believed that Brisk interacted with the suspect prior to the incident.

The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate with assistance from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the FBI.
