Minnesota Wild unveil new foods ahead of 2021-22 season

On Thursday, the Minnesota Wild unveiled new foods for the team’s upcoming regular season at the Xcel Energy Center. The Minnesota Wild take on Anaheim Ducks in their season opener in California Friday.

Fans will be able to eat these new foods at the Wild’s home opener on Tuesday. Two restaurant menus got re-vamped and other new food will be available at different levels and areas. Here is the list of new foods:

Flynt & Kyndle Restaurant
RBC Wealth Management Club Level

  • Flynt & Kyndle house salad: grilled corn, campari tomatoes, roasted dates, toasted pine nuts, champagne vinaigrette
  • Caesar salad: romaine, garlic crisp, pecorino Romano, black pepper
  • Charred carrot: thyme, honey, Korean chili flakes
  • Garlic smashed potatoes: roasted garlic, chives
  • Bone-In pork loin: dry rubbed, spit roasted
  • Whole chicken: honey brined, rotisserie roasted
  • Beef long ribs: cured, smoked
  • Smoked peach cobbler: with vanilla bean ice cream

  • Hot walleye dip: cream cheese, parmesan, scallions, dash of tabasco, housemade goldfish crackers
  • Minnesota sushi: dill pickle and cream cheese wrapped in ham
  • Lobster quesadilla: pickled red onion, scallions, fresno chili sauce, jack cheese, avocado cream

  • Grilled fajitas: char-grilled chile garlic short rib, cilantro lime chicken, warm tortillas, peppers, onions, charred jalapeño crema sauce, roja ghost pepper salsa
  • Adobo chicken wrap: grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, roasted corn, black beans, chipotle aioli, spinach tortilla
  • Roasted chicken club wrap: crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, leaf lettuce, red onions, honey mustard, whole wheat tortilla

  • The blue ox salad: Arcadian spring greens, spinach, Maytag blue cheese, candied pecans, blueberries, white balsamic vinaigrette
  • Pigs eye Caesar salad: romaine hearts, shaved Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, Parmesan crisps, house Caesar dressing
  • Buffalo plaid salad: spinach, iceberg, carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, buffalo chicken, Maytag blue cheese, scallions, house ranch dressing
