Minnesota State Fair now hiring summer workers, interns

The Minnesota State Fair opened its summer jobs and internships on Monday.

The Great Minnesota Get-Together announced it's hiring workers for the ticket office, operations department, greenhouse, employment and finance departments and more.

"Gain a great deal of experience, new friendships and connections, and earn some extra money this summer," the fair wrote on Facebook.

Minnesota State Fair announces $10 million facilities

The State Fair employs about 450 summer workers and around 2,300 fair-time staff members.
