Minnesota State Fair announces 3 new food vendors

The Minnesota State Fair has announced an additional three new food vendors, bringing the total number of new food vendors for the 2021 fair to nine.

The newest vendors are Auntie M’s Gluten Free, Libby’s Ice Cream & Co., and Spinning Wylde. Auntie M’s will feature some gluten-free versions of deep-fried fair favorites like corndogs and funnel cakes. Libby’s Ice Cream & Co. includes a variety of soft serves and other cold desserts on a stick. Spinning Wylde will sell more than 30 natural flavors of cotton candy.

The vendors join previously announced new food vendors: Baba’s, Fluffy’s Hand Cut Donuts, Midtown Global Market’s Andy’s Garage, Summer Lakes Beverages, Scenic 61 by New Scenic Café and Solem Concessions Cheese Curds and Mini Donuts.

The additions come after news that roughly 150 vendors chose to sit out this year’s fair as COVID-19 cases continue to surge.

The 2021 Minnesota State Fair opens Thursday, Aug. 26.
