It's not just restaurants and bars waiting to learn when restrictions will be lifted, but places of worship as well.

Monday, a group of Minnesota churches and small businesses announced plans to file a federal lawsuit requesting a restraining order to suspend the governor's latest order, claiming it is unconstitutional.

The lawsuit has been filed by the Upper Midwest Law Center.

Under 'Stay Safe Minnesota' only ten people are allowed inside a church, mosque or synagogue for a religious service.
