4 women shot at former Whiskey Junction Bar
Minneapolis police say four women were shot early Monday morning during an after-hours party at the former Whiskey Junction building in the city’s Cedar-Riverside neighborhood.
According to police, officers were called to the building around 3:18 a.m. for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found three women who had non-life-threatening gunshot injuries. They were brought to Hennepin Healthcare, where a fourth woman later showed up with a non-life-threatening gunshot injury from the same incident.
Police say the shots were believed to be fired by someone who was in a vehicle that left the scene. They add gunfire damage was also found on the building and on at least two parked vehicles in the area.
