Minneapolis man who stole $10,000 in home invasion pleads guilty
A Minneapolis man who was charged in connection to multiple burglaries in Minneapolis has pleaded guilty, according to a release from the Hennepin County Attorney's Office.
The release said 33-year-old Robert Buckingham pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree burglary.

The attorney's office says Buckingham was involved in three different burglaries that occurred on June 2, June 26 and Aug. 11. During the Aug. 11 burglary, Buckingham zip-tied a teenager at knifepoint and stole an estimated $10,000 from the home.
When authorities searched Buckingham's home, they located clothing he was seen wearing in surveillance footage from the Aug. 11 burglary, as well as $10,000 in cash.
He is expected to be sentenced March 16, according to the Hennepin County Attorney's Office.
