Minimal damage reported following West St. Paul apartment fire

Minimal damage was reported after an apartment fire in West St. Paul Thursday.
According to a crew at the scene, firefighters responded to the area of Marie and Oakdale avenues around 4:30 a.m.
Officials said three people were able to exit the building and were not hurt.
Authorities have not yet determined what caused the fire.
