Meth, gun, drug money seized during arrest in Dakota County

Authorities in Dakota County seized methamphetamine, a gun and suspected drug money while executing an arrest warrant.
According to the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office, deputies assigned to the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force and the Dakota County Drug Task Force worked together to arrest a suspect on a felony assault warrant recently.
During the arrest, authorities recovered about two pounds of meth, a gun and more than $15,000 in drug proceeds, the sheriff’s office said.
