Meals on Wheels now available to all adults 18 and older through December after CARES Act funding

Meals on Wheels is now available to all adults 18 and older thanks to CARES Act funding.

According to a release from Meals on Wheels, anyone over the age of 18 who lacks access to healthy food due to the COVID-19 pandemic is now eligible for Meals on Wheels.

Any person who does not qualify for meals from another program is eligible to receive Meals on Wheels at no cost through Dec. 31 thanks to funding from the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
