Man killed after Thursday night shooting in Minneapolis identified
The man shot and killed Thursday night in Minneapolis has been identified.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner said 41-year-old Ernell Lamar Hooks was killed by a gunshot wound to his left arm.

Minneapolis police said officers responded to a ShotSpotter call in the 1800 block of Sheridan Avenue North just before 10 p.m.
Arriving officers were then told that a man arrived at North Memorial Medical Center with multiple gunshot wounds, where he later died.
The shooting is sill being investigated.
