Man in hospital after overnight shooting in north Minneapolis
A shooting Friday night in north Minneapolis left one victim injured, police say.
Minneapolis Police Department spokesman John Elder said a man called 911 around 10:43 p.m. and said he had been shot on the 4700 block of Bryant Avenue North.
Officers found the victim and took him to North Memorial Hospital. The exact extent of the victim’s injuries is unknown, but Elder said he was stable.
The victim was unable to give more details on how the shooting happened, Elder said.
