Man has vehicle stolen in Eden Prairie aggravated robbery; 2 suspects at large

A man had his vehicle stolen in Eden Prairie on Tuesday and police are still looking for the suspects involved.

According to the Eden Prairie Police Department, at 9:22 p.m., police responded to a report of an aggravated robbery (carjacking) in the parking lot of Tower Square shopping center at the northeast corner of Flying Cloud Drive and Prairie Center Drive.

The victim, from Eden Prairie, reported he was loading groceries into his vehicle when he was approached by two individuals who demanded his key fob. One of the individuals was noted to have reportedly displayed a weapon.

The victim complied with their request, and the two individuals left in his vehicle, which was later recovered in Minneapolis. Authorities say the victim was not injured in the incident.

The case remains under investigation, with no other details available at this time.
