Man dies after Morrison County ATV crash
One man is dead after losing control of an all-terrain vehicle in Granite Township, the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office says.
The sheriff’s office responded to a crash report around 8:43 p.m. Sunday on 203rd Street in Granite Township, about one mile north of Lastrup.
Authorities say the man appeared to have lost control of the ATV while driving on a gravel road, and the vehicle rolled in the ditch.
The man was then partially ejected, and life-saving measures were performed; however, the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Morrison County authorities have identified the man as 55-year-old Michael Waytashek of Little Falls.
Several departments assisted at the scene. Authorities are still investigating the crash.
