Man arrested in connection to Bloomington homicide

A Milwaukee man has been arrested in connection to a Bloomington homicide.
A release from the Bloomington Police Department says 22-year-old Andrew Earl Story was arrested in Milwaukee on Friday and is being held in the Milwaukee County Jail.
Death investigation underway in Bloomington
Police say Story is originally from the Twin Cities and knew the victim, identified as Genevieve Skouge, for the past four years.
