The Loppet Festival continues through the weekend, but rising temperatures are putting a question mark over the remaining activities.

Organizers said Saturday was ideal for skiing events and viewing snow sculptures, and temperatures are expected to hover in the mid-30s Saturday night for Luminary Loppet on Lake of the Isles.

However, temperatures are forecast to be in the 40s Sunday, and that might affect some events.

"We're expecting it all to be good, but there's a little bit of an adventure in what's happening tomorrow," said John Munger, executive director of the Loppet Foundation.

Skiing and fat biking events are set for Sunday at Bde Maka Ska.
