Lightning strikes Bloomington apartment, starts fire

Lightning struck a Bloomington apartment Thursday night, starting a small fire, authorities said.
Bloomington Fire said it happened in the 9300 block of Collegeview Road, which is where Poplar Bridge Apartments is located.
The fire was contained to a small area of the attic, according to the department.
Fortunately, nobody was injured.
