Jordan police identify suspect causing multiple property damages

The Jordan Police Department announced on Thursday that they found out who has been damaging property in July in the Timberline development area.

According to a Facebook post, the police department stated that a juvenile male had been identified as the person responsible for the recent spree of vandalism and damages in the Timberline housing development.

The department is requesting the Scott County Attorney’s Office to file charges against the juvenile.

Jordan police ask for public help after receiving more reports of damage

Officers with the Jordan Police Department posted about multiple damages to property on July 27 in the Timberline housing development location.

The department reports a sprinkler system was damaged, a hose was slashed, a vehicle was "badly keyed," and a resident’s pool was damaged once again after having recently been repaired.

No additional information has been released at this time.
