Hudson man dies following rollover crash in DNR parking lot

A Hudson man has been identified as a victim in a St. Croix County crash late Thursday morning.
According to the St. Croix County Sheriff’s Office, they received a call at about 10:47 a.m. for a report of a crash in the Town of St. Joseph on County Highway E near the east junction of County Highway A.
The Sheriff’s Office says an eastbound vehicle on Highway E entered the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources parking lot and rolled after hitting a metal gate and several trees.
The driver of the Toyota 4Runner, identified as 61-year-old Thomas Harrington, was said to not be wearing a seatbelt at the time.
Harrington was pronounced dead at the scene, marking the ninth traffic fatality in the county for the year.
The crash is still being investigated.
