Frontier Communications customers in Minnesota eligible for rebate due to service quality issues

Minnesota customers of Frontier Communications are eligible for rebates or bill credits due to service and reliability issues. 

According to the Minnesota Department of Commerce, customers have until July 20 to apply for a rebate.

Frontier Communications provides telephone services to nearly 75,000 Minnesotans, as well as internet.
