Fountain Hill Winery’s ice palace opens Tuesday

A new winter attraction is opening Tuesday just west of the Twin Cities metro area.

Part of Fountain Hill Winery in Delano has been transformed into a three-story, 87,000-square-foot ice palace.

There are tunnels, slides, towers and bridges to explore. The ice palace will also have entertainment, including fire dancers and ice princesses, as well as food, local beer and wine in the winery’a tasting room.

Tickets for the experience can be bought by CLICKING HERE. General admission tickets are $18 for those ages 12 and up during the week and $23 on the weekend. Tickets for children ages 4-11 are $11 during the week and $15 on the weekend.

Hours for the winery’s ice palace are:

  • Tues.-Thurs.: 5-9 p.m.
  • Fri.: 5-10 p.m.
  • Sat. 2-10 p.m.

The attraction is closed Sundays and Mondays.
