Food truck, car catch fire after crash in Minneapolis
A food trailer and a car caught fire Monday night after they were involved in a crash in Minneapolis.
Minneapolis Police spokesperson Garrett Parten said the trailer was rear-ended by the car at about 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of Lake Street and 12th Avenue.
After the crash, the food trailer ignited and became fully engulfed in flames.
Everyone was able to safely escape both vehicles but a woman in the food trailer was taken to the hospital to treat minor injuries.
