First Black-owned bank in Minneapolis opens Tuesday

The first Black-owned bank in the Twin Cities is now open in Minneapolis.
Located along University Avenue Southeast, representatives say the goal of First Independence is to support all communities, including under-represented neighborhoods in the metro.
