Female victim in serious condition from gunshot wound in Minneapolis

An adult female victim is suffering from a gunshot wound on Saturday in Minneapolis.

According to the Minneapolis Police Department, at 8:04 p.m., officers were flagged down at 24th and Bryant Avenue North.

Once officers arrived at the scene, they found an adult female who was shot. Paramedics were able to take the victim to North Memorial Health Clinic.

The victim is in "serious" condition, said police.

No arrests have been made.

The incident remains under investigation. More information is expected to be released at a later time.
