Federal jury indicts man over attempted robbery-turned-murder in Minneapolis

A Minneapolis man has been indicted over an attempted robbery-turned-murder that happened this spring.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 30-year-old Marlow Ramsey Carson is charged with interference with commerce by robbery, possession of a firearm as a felon and possession of ammunition as a felon.

Court documents state that Carson robbed Blue Sky Wireless and West Bend Furniture in Minneapolis on April 27. During the robbery, a store employee was shot and killed.

Carson made his initial court appearance on Tuesday.
