FBI offering $5K reward for information in connection to South Dakota double homicide

The Minneapolis branch of the FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in connection to a double homicide in South Dakota.

The FBI said 63-year-old Delmas Traversie Jr. and 39-year-old Carmen Charger were murdered in Eagle Butte, South Dakota, in March 2019.

Traversie was an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Indian Reservation.

It is believed the two were killed at House 717, No Heart Housing, at some point from March 13 to March 15, during which time a snowstorm hit the state.
