Emergency dispatchers ask residents not to call 911 for questions about 'stay at home' order

Emergency response agencies are reminding people not to call 911 with questions about the "stay at home" order in Minnesota.
Officials from the Minneapolis Police Department and Bloomington Fire Department both said dispatchers have been overwhelmed with calls related to the statewide "stay at home" order.
