Elmwood woman dead after Dunn County crash

The Wisconsin State Patrol says a 57-year-old woman was found dead Wednesday morning at the site of a crash.

According to law enforcement, Dunn County deputies and the Wisconsin State Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash on County Road Q near County Road N at about 8:24 a.m.

Initial information suggests that one of the vehicles over-corrected when rounding a curve and entered the oncoming traffic lane.

The woman’s identity will be released after the family has been notified.

The incident remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol.
