Dump truck stolen, damaged in Morrison County, sheriff’s office investigating

Authorities are investigating the theft of a dump truck near Swanville.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office said it received a report that a 2006 Sterling dump truck was taken from Swanville Redi Mix between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Sept. 5.
The truck was later located in a nearby ditch off Cannon Road but was heavily damaged, according to the sheriff’s office.
The case is under investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 320-632-9233. Swanville Redi Mix is offering a $500 reward for information leading to an arrest.
