Crews at scene of West St. Paul apartment building fire

Crews were at the scene of an apartment building fire in West St. Paul Monday morning.
According to the West St. Paul Police Department, the fire occurred along the 100 block of Thompson Avenue West.
Authorities asked those nearby to avoid the area.
