COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 4 new deaths, 405 new cases

Monday, Wisconsin health officials announced four new deaths related to COVID-19, moving the state’s total to 6,166 deaths since the pandemic began.
Additionally, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) reported 38 new hospitalizations, moving the total number of hospitalizations during the pandemic to 25,340.
A total of 555,708 positive cases of COVID-19 have now been confirmed in Wisconsin, with 405 new cases reported Monday.

As of Monday, DHS reports that more than 3.12 million people have been tested in the state.
The state’s seven-day average positivity rate by test is at 3.1%.
DHS said the state has been allocated 1,152,025 vaccine doses so far. Of those, 976,049 had been administered as of Monday, and 240,907 people had completed the two-shot vaccine series.
