COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 35 new deaths, 821 new cases
Wisconsin health officials on Wednesday announced 35 new deaths related to COVID-19, moving the state’s total to 6,129 deaths since the pandemic began.
Additionally, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) reported 69 new hospitalizations, moving the total number of hospitalizations during the pandemic to 25,090.
A total of 551,871 positive cases of COVID-19 have now been confirmed in Wisconsin, with 821 new cases reported Wednesday.

As of Wednesday, DHS reports that more than 3.09 million people have been tested in the state.
The state’s seven-day average positivity rate by test is at 3.9%.
DHS said the state has been allocated 1,152,025 vaccine doses so far. Of those, 822,910 had been administered as of Wednesday, and 183,758 people had completed the two-shot vaccine series.
