CHX restaurant in Uptown neighborhood closing

CHX restaurant in Minneapolis’ Uptown neighborhood is closing.

The restaurant, located along Hennepin Avenue, served fried chicken tenders and sides.

"Our operational costs after only 90 days in business is not trending to be profitable, so we’re announcing today that CHX’s is closing its Uptown operation on Monday, Oct. 4," a statement from investors issued Monday read.

The restaurant shared space with another fast-casual restaurant, Pizza Shark, which will expand to fully occupy the space.
