Monday, Caribou Coffee employees rallied against what they're calling unsafe working conditions in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
At about 10 a.m., employees gathered, in their vehicles, at the Roseville location off County Road D and Interstate 35W to protest.
Citing a lack of personal protective gear being handed out, employees are also calling for paid sick leave for those who need it.
In a statement, company representatives say they're following guidance from state and national health officials.
The company stated it has several measures in place to protect workers, including sneeze guards at every counter, pre-shift wellness checks, and a 10% pay increase for employees starting in May.
