Brooklyn Center man sentenced to 10 years in prison for firearm, drug charges
A Brooklyn Center man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for illegal possession of multiple firearms as a felon and possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute.
According to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office, 40-year-old Huriah Kareem Bledsoe was sentenced to 10 years (120 months) in prison and three years of supervised release.
Bledsoe was a convicted felon who was illegally possessing five firearms and quantities of marijuana, methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin, according to the attorney's office.
Bledsoe pleaded guilty to the charges on Oct. 15.
