Boy found in north Minneapolis water park taken to hospital
A boy is in the hospital after he was found Friday in the pool at North Commons Water Park.
According to a Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board spokesperson, Park Police responded to a water emergency at the water park, which is not yet open for the season.
Emergency personnel found a boy in the water and took him to a nearby medical facility. His condition is unknown.
The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the incident.
