Benton County prosecutor charged with sexually assaulting child released with conditions
A top prosecutor in Benton County, facing three felonies for allegedly sexually assaulting a child under 16, was released Wednesday by a judge.
According to court documents, Benton County Attorney Philip Miller, of Rice, was released on Wednesday with conditions.
The conditions included keeping the court/attorney informed of current address, no contact with the victim or family, remaining law-abiding, making all future court appearances, making and maintaining contact with the attorney, signing Waiver of Extradition, and no unsupervised contact with persons under the age of 18.
Miller is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim younger than 16 and two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim between the ages of 13 and 15, according to court documents.
