BCA: Non-compliant predatory offender apprehended in Dodge County

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says it has apprehended a non-compliant predatory offender.

Donald Dean Christiansen, 62, was apprehended Thursday on a roadside in Dodge County, according to the BCA.

Authorities sought Christiansen after he removed his electronic monitoring device and failed to return to his placement location in Rochester.
