Bail set for man charged in crash that killed south metro priest
The man charged in a crash that killed a south metro priest last fall made his first court appearance Wednesday morning.
Trejean Derrell Curry, 26, had his bail set at $200,000 without conditions or $75,000 with conditions.

He’s charged with criminal vehicular homicide in the death of 73-year-old Dennis Dempsey, who was hit while riding his bike on Oct. 25 in Rosemount. Dempsey was a priest at the Church of the Risen Savior in Burnsville.
Curry’s next court appearance is set for April 14.
