Authorities continue search for missing boater in western Wisconsin

For the second straight day, authorities in western Wisconsin were searching Tuesday for a missing boater.
The Barron County Sheriff’s Department said it was searching for a 55-year-old man who is believed to have gone missing sometime Sunday night on Red Cedar Lake.
Authorities found the man’s boat Monday morning but haven’t yet found him.
Several other agencies were assisting the sheriff’s department in the search, and officials asked people to stay away from the area during the search.
No other details regarding the missing man were immediately available.
