Aurora to hold first home game Thursday
Minnesota’s newest sports team will be kicking off their first game in front of a sold-out crowd Thursday night.
The Aurora will be playing at TCO Stadium in Eagan against the Green Bay Glory.

The pre-professional soccer team plays in the USL W League, and will have six home and six away games during the regular season.
Thursday’s game begins at 7 p.m.
As previously reported, Aurora FC is community-owned by more than 3,000 investors, and they all had a vote on the team’s name and logo, which were unveiled in January.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says the Interstate 35W bridge will be lit teal Thursday night in celebration of Aurora’s inaugural match.
