ATV driver dies after collision with pickup truck in Redwood County

The driver of an ATV is dead after a crash Saturday afternoon in Vail Township, Minnesota.

According to the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a report of a motor vehicle versus ATV crash around 12:52 p.m. at the intersection of County Road 6 and 230th Street.

A Dodge Durango struck a Polaris Ranger, which overturned, killing the driver, the sheriff’s office stated.

The driver of the Dodge has been identified as 56-year-old Mary Heiling of Wabasso, Minnesota. The victim’s name has not been released.

The crash remains under investigation.
