Attempted robbery reported near U of M student housing center

An attempted robbery was reported Wednesday night near a University of Minnesota student housing center.
According to the University Public Safety Department, the attempted robbery happened at about 8:14 p.m. near Como Student Community Cooperative.
The department said the suspect assaulted the victim and attempted to take his Xbox.
The male suspect is described as being about 6 feet tall and wearing a brown and black sweater with blue jeans.
No other details were immediately available.
The incident is under investigation.
