All westbound lanes on Crosstown closed from Richfield to Edina due to bridge repair

Drivers will need to find an alternate route if they use Highway 62/Crosstown from I-35W to Highway 100.

MnDOT crews closed the major roadway Tuesday night after a truck crashed into a pedestrian bridge.

The closure could reopen as soon as 5 p.m. Wednesday or it could last for several days.

To get around it, drivers are encouraged to take I-35W southbound and then use I-494 westbound.
