911 outage reported near Moose Lake

Authorities reported a possible 911 outage near Moose Lake Friday afternoon.

The Carlton County Sheriff’s Office said it was notified by phone provider Lumen of a possible outage in the area. The sheriff’s office said 911 calls by landline and cellphones are having routing errors and delays.

Officials are working to resolve the issue.

The sheriff’s office said anyone in Carlton County can reach 911 by dialing 218-384-3632 or 218-384-4185 if 911 isn’t working.
