6 people displaced after fire destroys Brooklyn Center home

Three adults and three children were displaced on Saturday after a fire destroyed their home in Brooklyn Center.
According to fire officials, crews responded around 1 a.m. along 55th Avenue North. The Red Cross is now helping one of the people displaced.
Fire crews said the ongoing heat made extinguishing the fire more difficult.
The Brooklyn Center home is a complete loss, said fire officials.
The fire remains under investigation.
