5 displaced, none injured in St. Paul house fire

The St. Paul Fire Department says five people are displaced from a house fire Saturday afternoon in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood.
Firefighters responded to a fire around 3:30 p.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of Cooke Avenue East in St. Paul. Heavy fire was burning on the outside of a two-story residence.
None of the five occupants were injured. The fire remains under investigation.
