2021 Winstock Country Music Festival moved to August

The 2021 Winstock Country Music Festival is being delayed two months.

The festival, located in Winsted, is being pushed from June 18-19 to Aug. 20-21, the Winstock Committee says.

"We are focused on having Winstock in 2021, and by gaining over two months, we can work toward a safer event for our fans, artists, volunteers, and our community," Winstock Committee Chairman Dave Danielson said. "Covid has hit us hard, and we want to make every effort possible to have a normal Winstock and great celebration for everyone."

Due to the changes, Darius Rucker was unable to make the festival but Sam Hunt was added in his place, according to the committee.

All existing ticket and camping orders will be honored for the August dates. Anyone unable to attend the rescheduled dates will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Last year’s festival was canceled due to COVID-19.
