2 plead guilty to sale of meth on White Earth reservation

Two men have pleaded guilty to selling methamphetamine on the White Earth Indian Reservation, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Michael Blandford, 28, and Matthew Leigland, 26, both pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute meth, the release stated.

Court documents say Blandford and Leigland were arrested following a traffic stop. During a search of the vehicle they were in, authorities found a gallon resealable bag that contained 480 grams — more than a pound — of methamphetamine.
